It's VERY SMALL!!! even for Tokyo standards. Rented a room with 2 beds but there wasn't enough room for the luggage for 2 people. I mean zero room. I had to rent another room and the spare bed was for the luggage and storage. So it was 4 beds in total for 2 people.

Not located in a clean part of Ueno. The staff was somewhat friendly. Very small building, one small elevator that you had to wait for a long to time to come, could not fit many people. the room was small, in need of repair, overhead lights that didn't work, bathroom felt like you were swaying when in it. windows dirty, blackout drapes that were not effective.

Very basic, nice staff, clean bedding. On busy street but otherwise good location, close to ueno park and train station. Walls were dirty.

Hienoa 駅から近く、移動に大変便利でした。
ただ部屋自体は狭く、スーツケースを開くのに大変でした。
