Great buffet breakfast - great selection and plenty of food. Even though the area was small, the restaurant staff worked hard to keep it moving. The room that I stayed was small and old, but clean. I was comfortable. The morning front staffs were kind to answer some questions that I had.

Room was clean and they had an option for breakfast buffet which alot of people seemed to enjoy. The room given to us for our 5 nights had holes in the walls, wear and tear on walls and bathroom. Toilet seat wasnt sitting properly but other than that it was okay.

Good, quiet location. With walkable access to both Ueno station and Asakusa as well as other public transport to other areas of Tokyo. It was a clean decent sized quiet room which made a great base at the end of along day of sight seeing. Staff were very nice and helpful, including helping to arrange luggage forwarding and storage. Breakfast was great with a good variety and there are several convenience stores nearby if you need snacks. Would 100% stay here again.
