Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were fantastic and welcoming throughout our visit. The room was spacious, spotless, and offered beautiful views. Housekeeping was excellent, with the room cleaned daily. The location is also very convenient, being close to shopping mall. Parking is convenient as we park near the lifts that bring us straight to the hotel. Breakfast is good and though it’s very crowded, the staff could usher us to the seats quickly. Highly recommended for both comfort and convenience!

Had a wonderful stay at St. Giles Southkey! The room was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable — exactly what you need after a long day. The hotel amenities are excellent and well-kept. The location is absolutely superb — it is directly connected to the Southkey shopping mall, which makes it incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and entertainment without even stepping outside. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be returning on my next visit to Johor Bahru!

Connected to Mid Valley Shopping mall which is fully furnished with shops and movie theatre. Only disadvantage is it is a distance away from other shopping districts. So will need either to drive or taxi to travel around.

I would like to thank you the service team making an effort with a warm welcome decoration in our room to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It was a shopping spree trip with huge shopping mall surround the area. Shall be back again!
