Room that i booked was spacious.Bathroom was clean & huge.

Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and nice. Would love to come back again.

Hotel is convenient and walkable to JB central and city square. However, construction nearby that makes the walk a little messy but still manageable. Room is clean, but toilet was not well ventilated and had a mouldy smell. Ok for a night’s stay.

Lousy breakfast; No one topped up food; Not enough seats; No one to clean tables for next person to sit!

I had a great experience staying in this hotel from 3d2n! The front desk staff was so polite, professional and kind! Not the kind of professionalism i commonly see in hotels around the area compared to this! But staff’s professionalism at the cafe near lift lobby at level 1 can be better because i did asked them where is the nearest mart/7-11 and they were directing to each other to answer me so i did know know who to look at for the answer. Breakfast spread was decent but i love the laundry room because not many hotels have self service laundry room. So thats a plus i will be coming back again. Shoutout to the abang at the lobby who always helps visitors with their luggage without any expectation!
