Pros: Great Location, Social Vibe, Unique ExperienceCons: Unexpected City TaxExcellent central Kyoto location. Walking distance to subways, buses, restaurants, and major sights.First time staying in a pod and really enjoyed it. The happy hour beer was a perfect way to meet travelers and decompress. Love the 10,000-steps larger glass bonus!Only downside was an unexpected check-in accommodation tax. Staff explained it was a city-mandated fee, but it was an unpleasant surprise. Otherwise, highly recommend this lodging!

The beds were comfy and the place was very clean. The only thing I'll say is that it was very hot in the pod, but other than that, 10 out of 10, would stay here again.

Oltiin kumppanin kanssa

This was such a great experience and accommodation option. My partner and I did hotels in Tokyo and Osaka and the rooms are tiny anyway so we decided to give this a try. The property was extremely clean and the staff were the nicest. The bed was also super comfortable. One evening we enjoyed free beer between 530-630pm in a boot-shaped glass because we showed the staff we walked over 10,000 steps that day, I thought this was unique and fun. We never utilized the kitchen other than for free coffee and water, but it was very clean. I would definitely recommend this place for a unique type of stay!

The room was very clean and the area was relatively quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Wish there was more than one laundry machine available for use on floor.

Second time staying here! They always offer great service and comfy clean rooms. Bathrooms are kept clean and lots of amenities to make your stay comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely delicious!!
