I had a pleasant stay at V Hotel Bencoolen. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit, which made the experience very welcoming. Special thanks to Benson for assistance with luggage. Location is really great ~ right next to a MRT station. Easy to get around the city from here. The late check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, and the hotel was also able to hold my luggage after check-out without any issues, making it convenient for me to explore the city before my departure. The room was quite small, but that was exactly as advertised when I booked, so it met my expectations. The space was basic but functional and served its purpose well for a short stay in Singapore. Overall, a good option for travelers looking for a clean, conveniently located hotel with friendly service and efficient staff.

I only stayed here one night, it was as advertised and for me personally not what I’m accustomed to in size when it comes to a hotel room but the shower and bathroom was big enough. I didn’t like the requirement for the room card to be slotted on this device attached to the wall to start up the lights… but it appears to be across other hotels in Singapore so I can’t knock a hotel in the area for that. Highly recommended if you don’t plan on being in the room except to shower, pass out after a long day exploring and enjoying Singapore.

Hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the hotel was kept very clean, rooms were extremely small, excellent central location. Breakfast was very disappointing same menu day in and day out with little choice,

Booked a triple room on the Hotels.com app and received a receipt for this however on check-in we were told that a double room had been booked. Fortunately the hotel had availability and could accommodate us (and an early check in) however the room was very small for a family of 3 adults and 2 large suitcases

The property was very clean and well maintained. The room was perfect for solo traveler for size. It maybe tight for 2 people, but if only using hotel to rest and sleep then completely doable. The amenity of on property washer/dryer was convenient, but tad expensive. The pool area was clean and nicely shaded. The staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations and providing services to the room. Wi-Fi was strong. No issues. Nice that room was available early after long flight in the early afternoon.

Fantastic staff lovely room and the most soft carpet ever, the Restaurant is not cheap but there’s a sky bar and pool, the breakfast is very good, even have pizza for breakfast if that’s your thing. Be careful of the lift doors, they shut on my wife and didn’t stop, as they are quick
