I would only give this hotel an 'okay' rating, if that. It was not what I expected at all. The pictures did not give an accurate representation. The room was exceedingly small! There were only two of us and our luggage would only fit if it remained closed. There was no possibility of unpacking because there was no place to put the clothes. There were only bath towels in the bathroom with no hand towels or wash cloths given. The sheets were clean when we arrived, but I doubt they were ever changed during our stay despite asking for the room to be cleaned. We had to ask to have clean glasses/coffee cups and were very surprised when we were told we were to wash the dishes ourselves. Wash the dishes ourselves? That could have happened if soap and dish towels were provided, but since nothing was provided above the bath towels, how could we have washed the dishes? And since there was no kitchen/kitchenette, 'where' were we to wash the dishes?? In the bathroom?? The hotel showed quantity over quality and that is unacceptable in a place like Singapore. I will not be going back. In the desire to end on some kind of positive note, the front desk representatives were very kind. I feel they are bound by owners/management who seem to only be in it for the money, my opinion only. If owners/management had a different viewpoint, perhaps the front desk representatives could have done even more than they did. The front desk clerks were kind and I thank them for their acts of kindness!

The bathrooms need to be renovated. My light by my door wasnt working and my tv remote rattled. The gym was too small and the beds were extremely hard. We didnt gt a good nights sleep

The priperty has everything you need and is conveniently located. Great staff, I was able to use the pool and laundry room even after check out

Our room somehow ac has some problems and they fix it very quickly which is great! Everything was good, the only thing I will comment is the room a bit small and bathroom was too small! For the same price I might find other hotels.

Excellent hotel, literally 1 min walk to train station. Staff are very helpful and approachable. Hotel is clean. The rooms have their own filtered water, I never have to go out to get water in the middle of the night. If I visit Singapore again, definitely will come back to this hotel.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to the railway station just a short walk away. I really appreciated the welcoming lobby, especially the thoughtful addition of a water dispenser for guests. Another huge plus is the surrounding neighborhood—there are plenty of restaurants nearby that stay open very late, making it easy to grab dinner even if you return to the hotel late at night. Highly recommended!

Comfortable quad room, but pretty crammed for a family of 4. Excellent location beside Bencoolen station, easy to access major sights.

Super convenient location with tons of metro/bus stops nearby, lots of great restaurants. Staff was wonderful, room was cozy and comfortable. Had a great stay!

This hotel is in a really good location BUT had I known how tiny the room was, I would not have booked this room or maybe this hotel. There was no place for luggage-only a narrow walkway between the beds. My daughter and I had been traveling for weeks with our last stop-Singapore. All of our housing in Asia and Indonesia were lovely and this one was disappointing.
