Unbelievably helpful even making a room available for a shower (no cost) if you have a late flight- after checking out! Nice pool and great location- handy to everything- especially transport- Staff excellent and very helpful!

Comfortable bed and pillow; excellent location with MRT and bus stop within one block from hotel; many good food options within 3 blocks of hotel; pool, laundry facilities, and baggage storage option were wonderful; very friendly staff. We really enjoyed our stay and would return again.

I like the position of the hotel two minutes from the MTR and on the city line so it’s close to all the sight seeing I wanted to do and easy access to the airport .Staff were helpful ,air conditioning was cool but good to sleep in . The only complaint were some of the guests coming in late at night are very noisy I suggest that a notice is put up to encourage guests to respect that other guests are often asleep .

The property was in a good location next to MRT station, street fairs and mall. Rooms were smaller than other hotels in same area but functional. The worst part was how thin the walls were. Can hear neighboors talking, fighting, using hair dryer. But room was clean. Pillows were too hard and large so bring your own.

No microwaves in room. Staff was not too friendly. No refreshments I.e water in the lobby. No vending machines. Hotel is conveniently located to MRT.
