Excellent breakfast, fresh variety of vegetarian breakfast every day. We had a double room suite for a family of 4 with all amenities which was cleaned and amenities refreshed every day. Although our family suite did not lack anything, the suite itself required a bit of updating and modernisation in terms of decor. Bathroom had a leaky tap. Despite this, everytime we asked for something, it was attended to immediately by staff.
The hotel itself was attached to the Berjaya shopping centre with a full array of restaurants which was really helpfull. Grab point for cabs was,also at our doorstep.
Would have given 5 stars, but just our room decor was a bit behind the times and definitely needed updating. The only other negative was that we were not told beforehand by expedia that the buffet breakfast would be vegetarian. This didn't bother us too much as there was plenty of variety, but it would've been nice to have known this beforehand.
