Well maintained hotel central to everything

The room was spacious. Water dispenser, Iron box etc were available on the corridor.

Staff and cleaners were super friendly, the elevators can be a bit slow at times. Love the convenience of location to different plazas and variety of food options in the surrounding area.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The location was a bit farther out than I expected, and getting to most places required a longer walk or ride. During my stay, the service was inconsistent. I did notice that the female staff members seemed more polite and helpful, which I appreciated. However, overall I didn’t always feel well assisted. For example, no one explained how to use the key card in the elevator to access the floors, and I ended up helping several other guests figure it out. There was also no explanation that you need to insert the key card in the room to activate the electricity. While I’m familiar with this from living abroad, it may be confusing for travelers who are not used to it. The room itself had an older feel and I did notice ants during my stay, which was disappointing. As a solo traveler, feeling welcomed and informed is important, and that wasn’t always the case for me here. The hotel has potential, but improving communication, cleanliness, and consistency in customer service would make a big difference. Overall, it was an okay stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

The staff excellent & breakfast are delicious

Staff at check in was insistent on collecting the Malaysian Tourism Tax. When I showed them the confirmation from Expedia "If you are not a Malaysia Resident...you do not need to pay this to the hotel." The staff didn't believe me and said that the tax i paid was the Expedia platform tax. Managed to not pay the tax. I suggest for the management to review their training. It was a bad start to the hotel and their tone was very unsatisfactory. When receiving the room card, I asked if it was a king bed as that was the option i chose during the booking. The staff then mentioned that I did not book a king bed. I showed him the confirmation mail again, and he just replied "Oh we do not have available king bed" without even checking in the system. I guess he was just lazy to check and change the cards. another disappointment. Linen and sheets were dirty and you have to hold down the flush for a long time to flush the toilet. Aircon was warm in the afternoon and only got slightly cooler at about 1am till 8am. Wifi was weak at certain sports in the room, such as the toilet and near the window where the chair was located. Sound proofing was also bad. Heard slamming of doors, walking and crying babies throughout the stay of 1 night. The only positive of this hotel would be the shower. It has good water pressure and temperature. I will never return to this hotel even if it is offered to me for free.

great location

The room had a water leak in the bathroom, we were a family of 5 and provided 2 single beds and a king for the adults, we asked for a extra single bed on 3 occasions and were ignored.
