The location is overall convenient and my room was overall decent but the view not so much they could use a few more washing machines two just don’t cut it. They’re always busy and for an average price of $300 per day there are definitely alternatives with better amenities and a better price.

Restaurant and bar closed one night on my second day for private party, leaving no food or drinks for hotel customers! Two more nights of my stay restaurant portion closed again for private parties. Concierge service was useless. When I ate in bar section, service very slow. The rooftop they hype has never been open in my one week stay!

This hotel is at best a 4 star hotel. Definitely not a 5 star. The room was wonderful. The corridors and layout was a bit confusing and the location in Roppongi "okay". Biggest disappointment was the entire restaurant and lounge was closed one night for a private party, no access for any of the hotel guests.

We would absolutely stay again. We also visited the Osaka Mitsui Garden Premiere on our trip and it was just a little better with the amenities/lounge/public bath areas. This place was great, just a little older and in need of a couple of touch-ups.

The hotel is generally good, but the Deluxe room is misrepresented on Expedia. Got 2 rooms on 3rd and 4th floor. Payed extra for room size and City View but actually got a street view. Management changed us on the second day to a higher floor, but changing is always a hassle. Room size represented as 380 sqft is actually 15% less. The area is in a night club spot, not optimal for families at night. There’s an excellent coffee house across the street, good for breakfast, and is close to Shibuya and Harajuku with good shops and restaurants
