Great hotel. Well located. Well appointed with reasonable sized rooms given its Tokyo. The staff could not be more helpful and the facilities were great. Our only (small) disappointment was that the bar didn’t seem to have much atmosphere the night we visited but with so many great options nearby … that’s not problem at all. Overall a great hotel option in the area.

Friendly staff, good food and beautiful views from lobby and room. Clean room, soft bed. Great only down side was that we actually booked smoking room and the smell was strong the first night after that it was fine.

When you’re in Japan, choosing a 4 or 5-star hotel rarely disappoints, and this hotel is a perfect example. It exceeded every 5-star expectation with impeccable service, immaculate rooms, excellent facilities, and outstanding attention to detail. Highly recommended.
