The staff was good. He gave us fruits for the kids since we were leaving so early to our flight we would miss breakfast. Very kind.

Staff very friendly and helpful! Beds were huge in the twin room. Only downside was there were some house ants which are not dangerous or problematic really. Otherwise the place was quite clean.

It is close to the International airport, so I will recommend those who needs to take early flight.

Nice and close to the Hanoi International Airport. The staff were friendly and attentive. Not 5-star accommodations but for the price we wouldn’t expect them to be.

This hotel was clean and very close to the airport. I would highly recommend it for travelers arriving or leaving Hanoi. It was clean, air conditioned, great hot shower and friendly reception Great fresh breakfast included in the morning. Eric is very knowledgeable and helpful and as it is my first time in Asia he made my first day so much easier. He can also arrange transportation or excursions in the area...he is trustworthy .

Room was clean. Convenient near airport. Perfect if there was an elevator. It was not fun lugging our luggage up to 3rd floor.

The room was more than you would expect from airport accommodation. It was spacious, comfortable bed, big bathroom, nice water pressure, you could smell how clean the towels were. What else do you need for a good sleep after a late flight or before an early one. For this price look no further. And they provide car service at the same price as grab
