We arrived at the hotel at approximately 10:15 PM. Unfortunately, our check-in experience left a negative first impression. When I approached the front desk and said I had a reservation, the employee never greeted me. Instead, he silently placed a map on the counter, asked for my ID, and appeared visibly annoyed throughout the interaction. A few moments later, my wife's sister, who was also in the lobby, mentioned that she had a reservation. The employee's demeanor changed immediately. He smiled, became noticeably more courteous, and treated her in a much friendlier and more welcoming manner. As soon as he turned back to finish my check-in, his unfriendly attitude returned. My wife and her sister both noticed the stark difference in how we were treated without me saying anything. The contrast was so obvious that it gave us a weird feeling.

5/5 Stars - Absolutely Amazing Stay!We had a fantastic time at this property yesterday. From the exact moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and informative.The property itself is huge and absolutely beautiful. It is exceptionally clean and fully loaded with every single amenity you could possibly imagine. We also needed to do some laundry during our stay, and the guest laundromat on-site was immaculate and worked perfectly.

Room wasn't ready and breakfast was ok, potatoes cold. The doors slam real loud when people entering and leaving, 1030 at nite to first thing in the morning. silly
