The staff is very friendly and helpful. The chicken sandwich and salad were delicious. This was the first time I stayed at an airport hotel and did not hear planes fly over. My suggestion would be to update the rooms. Old, stained carpet was not appealing. The housekeepers would benefit from more training and/or supervision. Little things like dusting bathroom vents and corners were neglected.

The staff was amazing and very helpful. I came and ask for a little early check in, and it was granted. I really appreciated that. Thank you so much... The room at least needs to have a couple of bottles of water waiting and or a small fridge. out of that the place was very well taking care of.

At first look, a beautiful property, nice lobby , multiple restaurants and a gift shop. But it was a different story past the elevator. We stayed on the 4th floor, it was very outdated and seemed like a completely different hotel.

The staff at the hotel was good. I had issues with my room and they helped me with changing rooms which made my stay pleasant. That being said, the hotel is not very clean. One entire corridor smelled like sewage. I went to use the bathroom in the lobby this morning and their was no soap at any of the dispensers and the restroom had not been cleaned yet. Also, there was blood on the bathroom floor carpet in my room. Hotel need to update desperately!

There was a pair of men’s underwear found on the floor of our room when we had just checked in. There was cockroaches by the elevators also. Staff was friendly but place is not very clean

Great staff but room needs serious upgrades. It didn’t even have a fridge or microwave! We were here for a festival and literally texting each other to share microwaves. Great staff
