From the moment, I stepped inside the Lotte Hotel Guro in Seoul, Korea until the last moment that, I left after 14 days, I absolutely could not find one flaw in this hotel. Everthing in every way was absolutely perfect.

Great location . There are several alleys with little food shops everywhere and shopping in general. Easy access to metro and numerous bus stops. Big plus to have bus 6004 stop heading to air port .

Lotte City Hotel Guro has been my favorite hotel when I visit Seoul. The location is not full of tourists so is quiet. There are plenty of cafes and good transportation. It's clean with enough space for me. The staff is helpful. Satisfied.

The hotel is in a very nice, quite and safe area. Close to Guro Digital Complex station. Very clean and spacious. But if you are visiting Seoul for first time, probably this is not good location. Its very far from all tourism areas. Taxis were refusing to pick us up or drop us off due to heavy traffic and long distance. Metro also far. It would take one hour to commute to the city center. Otherwise the place is perfect.
