The bathroom faucet was very hard to adjust the water flow and water was draining slowly. The location was good though since it was close to subway station.

Excellent stay Excellent service If I were to have any issue. I would like food to be available round the clock- even if only room service. Or at least till 11:00 PM

Right after the airport bus 6004 dropoff. Not very near to subway if u plan using subway with luggage. But daily subway trips are still acceptable.

Not worth at all. Lobby, front staff- awful inconsistent treating guests NaraMoon&RaOn having eyecontact failure issue(worst manner at front)-at checkin., inconvenient Room ever- wobbly watertap unit, no hot water in the morning, once faucet turning to hotwater side then water flow as dripping, shower head unit keep sliding down, no space for my toiletries on basin area- such an old-fashioned room, etc. Such a shame on sheraton. This fourpoints is worst ever amongst fourpoints in Asia. Better go to Lotte or shilla nearby at the same price.

The hotel's cleanliness was very good. It’s conveniently located near Metro Line 2, and the surroundings feature a safe local food street. The staff were all excellent, although the only drawback was the limited counter space in the bathroom

Nicely preseted hotel, great staff. Room was a little too warm for me, there was no way of taking the tempertaure down a few degrees. Openingh the window made the heating kick in and room got hotter.
