Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The view is beautiful and I would give it a 5 stars view. The amenities you can buy at reception at extra cost. It’s a 3 Stars hotel so one should not expect a 5 stars amenities and etc. but definitely a 5 stars staff friendliness and view of the lake.

Room was very clean except for the suede sofa (there were a few old stains on it). Staff was very friendly and made the check-in experience seamless. They offer free bug spray use in the lobby. Location was very convenient, we were just a few minutes walk away from Ita Thao pier for the ferry and restaurants/shops. The hotel's breakfast was good and they offer free tea (they claim to be premium) and biscuits during the day until 6pm! Overall, we had a comfortable stay here and would rebook if we ever visit again!

Not worthy for the price that we paid at all, we booked the lake view room on 7th floor with over three hundred USD, but we got the room with very simple equipment at the bathroom and the bathroom Ceiling of enzyme growth, window is full of dust on the frame. Looks so dirty. Not recommended.

Parking was organized prior, which was helpful. Location was great. Our room had big windows facing the lake, beautiful.
