This hotel was very nice, located right across from the water. The breakfast was very good with several options to choose from. They did have free parking; it was not right at the hotel, but a short walk away. The room was very nice with plenty of space. The hotel is located where the night market begins, so very handy to walk outside and have the night market right there. We were able to buy gondola tickets from the front desk and could have bought bike rental tickets, which we did not have time to do.

Weird checkin, please put my bags in the back if you are holding them! Don’t leave them literally out in the front.
But not a luxurious place, and the room itself was fine.

Very bad hotel! We booked a Design Room, but the actual condition of the room was nothing like the photos shown online. The overall hygiene of the room was extremely poor — the mattress and bedding felt sticky, like a short-stay motel, and the shower was completely unusable. The room was absolutely uninhabitable.
The hotel later moved me to another room. Although it was slightly better than the first one, the hygiene was still terrible. The shower, while technically working, had a fixed shower head that could not be adjusted, so all the water sprayed outside the bathtub, making it unusable. The bed sheets and bedding were also dirty and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned or used for a long time.
I will attach photos for reference. I strongly advise everyone NOT to book this hotel!

The hotel is run by a kind older couple. I wound up entering the wrong hotel with a similar name and the older gentleman came out and escorted me to the correct place on the back of his motorcycle! Downside is that I think they insist the bath soap doubles as hand soap so there is only one container of soap in the bathroom. Decor is a bit dated but this is common in this area.

Free parking at a short distance away. Some rooms offer excellent view of the port. As its operated as guesthouse, pls don't expect hotel level type of service and facilities. The bathroom is not very convenient as it does not have a shower-room section. Though newly painted, there are signs and smell of mould in the bath area. Otherwise, great value for money.

The room was really good. The views were great, the bed was conformable. The bath was great. The only issue - and it's a small issue, was the shower head didn't have anywhere to hang, so you had to hold the shower head while showering. I would definitely stay again. The staff were very friendly.
