Convenient spot, 10 mins walk from the busiest area of Ximen, good balance between convenience and quietness. The walls are not sound-proof though.

Room was clean, but very very small. We didn’t even have space to open our carry on sized suitcases. Barely space to even keep our suitcases inside the room. I can’t stress enough to ridiculously small the room was. Also, there was zero soundproofing at all. We could hear other rooms, streets, etc. It was so loud!

Location is very good, for sightseeing, shopping, and food. Hotel room we stayed has almost no space for luggage, so that we could just open the luggage on the bed.

Check in time was 4pm but i had to wait another 30 minutes for my room to be ready. Location was about 10-15 minutes' walk from Ximen station. Room was relatively clean with enough amenities. TV signal and wifi were fine. Service was average.

You may book the room if you can take the water pipe sound throughout the WHOLE NIGHT. Poor sound proof is fine but the water flowing sound will accompany you for the entire night. THE WORSE HOTEL THAT I EVER STAY!

The room is very dirty, stains on the bathtub, dust all over the bedroom that is being circulated by the internal aircon unit. Toilet door doesn't shut properly.
