ROSE STAY - tokyo shiba park -

Tähditykset perustuvat Klookin yleiskatsaukseen kohteen tiedoista (kuten sisältyvistä palveluista ja tiloista jne.), ja ne ovat vain viitteellisiä.

Clean, quiet, close to stations, the room with the bench definitely gave us that extra space!! - if you want to do laundry just ask front desk for a detergent pod

Comfortable and very clean room! Laundry service was inexpensive (although the dryers took a long time). The lobby had free teas, clear soup, and coffee. All staff were friendly and professional.

Very close to stations, extremely helpful and efficient staff.one thing that we weren’t happy about -WIFI was poor in our room! All other amenities were as expected.

Room was a good size for 2 people but there are quite a few older amenities in the room - e.g., step block to enter washroom.

Very nice staff and accommodating

Beds were hard, staff was nice, shower kept fluctuating from cold and hot

Enjoyed my stay. Accomodation matches its description. Staff in hotel are really nice and helpfull.

We chose this hotel as it is close to the tube to HND airport. Nice area close to Tokyo tower. Rooms are clean but dated.

Proximity to Metro and Shiba Park was good

This hotel had very kind staff who did what they could to better our situation. Our biggest issue with this location is that the room was set to 28 Celsius and we had no way of decreasing the temperature since the building was set to only heat. The desk staff gave us fans but could not change the setting for the temperature. After a few days and several complaints later, the room air setting was changed from heat to cool but still was difficult to get the room to a comfortable level. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Our curtains were broken so sunshine blazed through the window each morning making it hard to sleep. The area around the faculty was safe but had limited dining or shopping. There was 2 metro stations within a 10 minute walk but the main station needed to move around the city was a 15 minute walk which is not easy with luggage. The facility had coin operated laundry with a dryer. Wifi was good. The facility also had luggage storage. Not a bad place to stay overall but the temperature issue and lack of close handicap accessible transportation really decreased my likelihood to recommend this hotel.
