Fantastinen What made the experience excellent was one young staff member who went out of his way to deal with a mistake ai made in booking. We had three in our party but I reserved a room for two. The staff member worked for a half hour to get an other room ready, complete with making bed and bathroom ready.
We had a room on the 14th floor facing Tokyo Tower, a treat at night.
It’s a basic hotel with minimalist facilities but a good place to have an economical stay in Tokyo.

Fantastinen Room cleaning service provided daily. Staffs are friendly. Location is near to hamamatsucho station, walking distance is about 5-10mins . The best i think is the dry clean machine in the room. And travellers who wanted to have the tokyo tower may try to leave a message . Unfortunately i didn't get the room view. Shall try again for my next trip.

The stay was really good. The breakfast was amazing. Only downside: the room was super small, you wouldn’t fit more than two suitcases comfortably in there.

Prime location (close to many restaurants and metro station less than 5 mins of walking). The hotel was in the business district but still felt secluded. The rooms were typical Japan size but clean and efficient!
