Great place to stay in the heart of Hanoi, close to all the wonderful sights, restaurants, cafes and bars. Staff are friendly and welcoming, daily room service which makes it pleasant. They also have a spa and restaurant on the 13th and 14th level, which are both nice.

The staff are all so friendly
Our room was very nice and clean, we were on the 10th floor, it had a great view
Good roof top bar with a view
The best part was the morning buffet, but go early, it did run out of fruits, may because while we were there, some guest grabbed plates of Delicious Mangoes

Staff really made this accomodation shine. The bed was super comfy as were the pillows! But our “suite”was much smaller than expected and bathroom supplies extremely basic. But it was clean and in a great location and for the price, would definitely revisit … staff could not have been more sweet and helpful. Foot massage in the spa was a real knockout! Wished I’d gone back for more!!

Great location, away from the busiest old quarter streets and easy to find. One street over is a 7/11. The rooftop bar is nice and you can bring your drinks up there once it closes at 12 PM, the other covered half remains open. Nice city views
Laundry service is available and you can pay at checkout as they handle everything. 40 minute taxi from the airport

The breakfast was basic and it was hard to get seating. Very tight. One elevator so be prepared to wait at times. It’s a small hotel in a good area.

The location is very convenient and is in old Hanoi.
Staff is very kind for me.

The location is great and the staff is amazingly polite and very helpful. The rooms are not as nice as in the pictures, the elevator is small and there's a wait during busy hours. The rooftop bar needs a face lift, it's not clean. So, it's a mixed experience.

This was the nicest place of our entire Vietnam trip. If we ever return to Hanoi, we'll be staying here again. The staff was great too.
