It was having work done which we wasn’t told about, was noisy early on. Had to ask for clean towels which took along time to get hold Of . Rooms was nice , small but worth the money we paid. Only 3 tram stops away from Disney and 45 mins to Paris .

Lighting in the room was very poor and our radiator was broken. This was not ideal when it was freezing temperatures and snowing.. we had one pillow each(there was 3 of us) and asked for more from the reception and he gave us one more- when we asked for one each.. I asked again and he said he would bring more but he didn’t not come up with them. All plug outlets are away from the bed and the shower temperature is very sensitive. Shower curtain was filthy. However, on a positive note this hotel is located right beside Torcy train station and a shopping centre.

Staff was kind and helpful. It was easy to hop on the train to Disney. The train station is only a 5 min walk away

This hotel was absolutely horrid from the moment we arrived! We were hoping for an early check-in but instead we greeted with the fact that we would actually get a late check-in, the front desk operator advising that our room wouldn’t be ready until at least 3:30 pm. At 3:15 pm we were given a key and told the room was ready when we went upstairs. The cleaner was still in the room and told us to wait outside. The room itself was absolutely nothing like the pictures. It was old and dilapidated. We were not advised about room cleaning procedures.

Wanted a quick overnight stay for family of 4 after visiting Disney. This worked perfectly. Clearly the hotel has seen better days but for a quick stop was absolutely fine Large supermarket right next door as well which was helpful

Welcoming staff, booked a room either side of our Disney stay and it was less than 20 minutes drive. Room Was basic but comfortable enough considering what we paid and we would stay again.

The room had no towels or toilet paper when we got there . There is black mold on the ceilings and underneath the area where you flush the toilet. The rug was ripped. Claim yhe have restaurant but they have a breakfast buffet that was minimal. The bar was the receptionist making a drink, if they knew how. No seats to sit at the bar. The room didn't have a chair. No outlet in the bathroom to plug in a curling iron. Very disappointing. Good location for tje train

Lots of shops nearby, only a one night stay to go to disneyland. Perfect location. Friendly hotel staff. Free parking and wifi. Good price. Would definitely stay again.
