Unfortunately, our experience started on a very disappointing note. Due to significant travel delays, we arrived in the early hours of the morning. Despite having a confirmed reservation, the member of staff at reception initially told us the hotel was fully booked, which was extremely worrying after a long journey with our family. The receptionist was rude, dismissive, and not at all helpful or understanding of the situation. Eventually, the issue was resolved, but the poor welcome left us feeling stressed and upset, and unfortunately it affected our impression of the hotel for the rest of our holiday. It's a shame, as first impressions really do matter, and a little more professionalism and empathy from the reception staff would have made a huge difference.

Room was clean and great A/C in heatwave of 38°, breakfast was basic but did the job.. staff could be friendlier.

Room was small but matches the budget so definitely good value for money. Beds were comfy. Lots of free parking available. 20mins from disneyland

Fabulous 1 night stay. Wonderful staff made up the room with balloons and gift for my daughters birthday. Very clean! Easy, simple check in. Great for a Disney trip if travelling with a car.

The location hotel was good, however the hotel itself was tired and in need of an update. There was obvious damage to the walls and doors. We had a bathroom door that had its lock painted, so wasn’t working. The room wasn’t as clean as it should be, and the bed that my daughter used wasn’t made. An additional hassle after a long journey. It wasn’t bad, it was just far from great. We probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Perfect room to rest before heading to Disneyland. Bus stop just very short walk. Welcoming staff and easy check in. Recommend.

We have stayed there for a short DisneyLand holiday. It only takes about 15mins drive to Disneyland and 1 min drive to all the fast food joints. The hotel itself is good.
