Fantastinen I absolutely loved loved loved loved this hotel! Its perfect location makes it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The staff is not only friendly but genuinely kind, contributing to a warm atmosphere that makes you feel at home. The cleanliness of the establishment is impeccable, adding to the overall comfort of the stay.
What truly captivated me was the decor; it beautifully embodies traditional Japanese style, creating a serene and inviting ambiance. As soon as you step inside, you're greeted by a refreshing, zen-like aroma that instantly calms the mind and spirit. I can't wait for the opportunity to stay here again; it was truly a delightful experience! Thank you for the amazing experience!

This hotel is in the PERFECT location! It’s beautiful and the staff was helpful. The only “negative” is the breakfast - don’t pay extra for it as it’s basically a salad bar and not worth the money spent.

Great location. In the centre. Easy to walk or taxi anywhere in the city. Loads of eating options nearby for every budget. Highly recommend as a great base when visiting Kyoto.

Located in the heart of Kyoto, you’re within walking distance of shops, restaurants, entertainment, the Higashiyama District, key landmarks and temples, as well as transport links. It’s a lovely hotel. The staff are very pleasant and friendly, and the entire property is extremely clean. The room was the most spacious I’ve had in Japan so far, and it was nice to have a window. Complimentary water is provided daily. Rooms are not cleaned every day, as this depends on the length of your stay, but towels are replenished daily and trash is taken out. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again when I return to Kyoto.
