Nice staff and clean room. A/C worked great. WiFi on the 4th floor was hard to connect to and sometimes didn’t work

The room was a lot smaller than it looks in the photos, we are a family of 3, our son is 16 so 3 adults in the room was a struggle. The bathroom was tiny.
The bar across the road was quite noisy also
Location was good, near to the train station and around 10-15 min walk to the beach and restaurants

The Hotel was centrally located, short walking distance to the train station. Several restaurants near the hotel. The room is clean and staff were help full. The internet had a weak signal.

Hotel staff were great and helpful, and the airport transfer service arranged by the hotel was very efficient and professional. However be aware that the room walls are very thin, we could hear the neighboring room yelling at all hours of the night. The WiFi is also terrible which was really frustrating as we were trying to make dinner reservations or purchase train tickets and couldn’t get basic connection. There is also a notable unpleasant odor in the corridors as mentioned by other reviewers.
If you are looking for a cheap place to sleep for a few at nights at most, this will probably tick your boxes but don’t expect this to be a typical 3-star hotel.

Very nice little room. Is perfect for solo or couples if the intention is to visit more the city. Nice little balcony, good shower, good bed and very clean.

Hienoa The room was clean and in a good location near the train station. The room I got seemed to be quite a bit smaller than what the pictures suggested. The bathroom was exceptionally tiny. There was a "balcony" but the only view was the roof of the next building, and the balcony was infested with pigeons anyway. Overall though, it was a good, clean room in a convenient location.

Hotel is close to both the tram line and train station. Lots of small restaurants in the immediate area. McDonald’s, Burger King, and Five Guys are only a couple of blocks away if that’s your thing.
