A great hotel, well situated ( nr the tram station ascal Lorraine) so an easy , cheap @ 10 euros return & quick transfer from airport.
The staff are all polite & helpful & work hard esp the maids.
Big thanks to Faruque for listening & sorting our room out.
The hotel has a nice outdoor small area which was pleasant to sit out listening to the birds sing.
Rooms are very spacious & clean, best 3* we have stayed at in Nice, most are v v small.
The large airy lounge was comfortable to read & rest in.
We never used the bar( v v small) or had breakfast there- lots of patisseries near by.
Air con was great, needed at 30 degrees most days.
We are definatly returning & re booking with Hotel Busby next May 27’ .

I was rather disappointed with this hotel. My AC didn’t work properly. I was sweating in my room. The hotel doesn’t have any ice! There is no fridge in the room so not being able to get ice was very annoying. The room was super small. The window had no screen on it so you could not open the window for fresh air without bugs flying in. I had to have maintenance come and fix a ceiling tile that was out of place. That should have been caught when they cleaned the room.

Great spot during my stay in Nice as a young female soul traveler. Rooms are a bit outdated, and I wish the air conditioning worked better especially given that I was there during a historic heat wave. But other than that, the room absolutely did the job. It was very spacious and the entire property as a whole was very clean and safe as well.

This hotel is ideally situated 10min from the beach,less to the restaurants and a 20min walk from the train station.
The staff gave excellent advice for all our concerns and quick to meet our needs.
Example. Unlocking the safe when we put in the wrong numbers.
We highly recommend staying there.

Hienoa Great location . Close to train , beach, shopping. Close mini market. Lovely staff. Nice large waiting room. AC ❣️Room needed fresh paint & bathroom was dated. Overall, would come again for value, location & staff 🥰
