Papa Fred's is ideally located to restaurants, nightlife and transportation. They have an exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. I stayed for 11 days and it was a pleasure.

Second time I’ve stayed at Papa Fred’s. First time was 2016. Since then, the rooms seem to have been upgraded as well as the Sabang waterfront. Great staff, great location, and very comfortable. And a great deal for the price.
