The room was of a fair size and was comfortable. I feel like the breakfast was a bit pricey, but maybe that's just because I am not especially familiar with the currency. The lounge was really nice.

For out of town travelers, these rooms were stocked so well with many items that make it feel like home.
The staff is so friendly and supportive. I left a very valuable item in the hotel and they returned it to me so kindly.
Id definitely stay here again.

This property was extremely convenient and a good price for what’s offered. Standard rooms in Japan are small, however, this was almost like a studio apartment- has everything you really need. Washer/dryer, sink, microwave, spacious with living space, etc. washer/dryer was easy to use so long as you have Google Translate, also the detergent was really pleasant and laundry felt clean after.
It’s not the most luxurious property, it did seem a little dated and some of the bathroom seems to be worn down, but nothing to complain about! Had ample amount of space to place all the day’s worth of shopping lol! Staff spoke well in English as well. We didn’t get to use or try the free breakfast and such, but that was a nice offer and good touch as well. Subway station was only 8 min walk away, and there are plenty of convenience stores (family mart, another Japanese one that I couldn’t read the name of). Would definitely recommend to others and would book again if we come back to Japan.

The room had a foul smell and the air coming from the AC had a weird smell. The bathroom smelled of mildew. When informed about this they gave us a different room but even this one was only slightly better. I believe the hotel needs to change the filters on their AC regularly and do a more thorough job to prevent mold and mildew.

I had a great experience overall and really enjoyed my stay. One of the best things about this hotel is its location—it’s close to the train station, making it very easy to travel to different areas of Tokyo. The room was comfortable and a great size for a solo traveler or a couple.
My only complaints were that breakfast wasn’t the easiest to access, and the curtains in my room had some mildew on them. Thankfully, there wasn’t much of an odor from the curtains, but the bathroom did have a strange smell, which I assume may have been due to the plumbing. If the curtains could be cleaned or replaced, it would make the stay even better.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying here again because of the convenient location and comfortable accommodations.
