Wildly average! The hotel is in a perfect location for seeing Singapore and getting round but I’d say that’s about it. We booked 2 rooms for 5 people via Expedia and were only provided beds for 4 which is extremely annoying. The cost of an additional bed was extortionate! They also only clean the rooms every 3 days. Although they say you can ask for them to be cleaned more often, I had to chase this twice and complain to Expedia before it was done. The lady that did clean the rooms was amazing and so friendly! Towels did not dry in the air conditioning and there is no towel rail to dry them on so unless I went down to reception to get new towels, they were generally damp. With the exception of the lady who checked us in, front office staff were normally grumpy and unhelpful. The pool was great and had some toys for the kids to play with. All in all, I’d say you get what you pay for.

Great location and staff was helpful. The location was comfortable and nearby many restaurants and stores. Also easy access to public transportation. And hotel provides many amenities.

Everything is perfect except the bath room shower drainage had issues. The location is very convenient to everywhere. Highly recommend!

Hotel a bit dated and in need of a an uplift. Currently in the process of improving the lifts. Unfortunately of 4 lifts only 1 was operational. Rooms a descent size and had everything required eg toiletries, tea and coffee making. Hotel location was ok, near to China town and walking distance to a lot of places.
