The staff were helpful at all times. There was no communication problem in English. We left our luggages after checking-out and came back for it. The location is very close to a mall and there are lots of good place to eat nearby. The bus loop going to Ichikawa Zoo is in front of the mall.

Hienoa Everything was great, but only one thing I want to strongly suggest the hotel to change.
The safe box in the room is not fixed to the floor or the furniture but easily movable.
This is ridiculous as a safe box. Whoever comes in the room can easily take the whole safe box out?
