Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Amenities were great as well as the location.

This newer hotel is located just a short walk from Osaka Station. It is easiest to enter the hotel from the 2nd floor walkway that connects to the station. Entering from the street level is a little confusing because you have to take an elevator or luggage your luggage up a flight of stairs to get to the next level then, If I remember correctly, we took an escalator the the next level to take a different elevator to the hotel lobby. However, once you get to the lobby, the staff is friendly and attentive. Our room was modern, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. I especially liked the water refill station with built in ice machine located in the hall. We took advantage of the golden hour in the bar which is available to Hilton gold and diamond members from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. we had the seasonal cocktail which was delicious. There is an outdoor seating area near the bar that was comfortable. Breakfast at the hotel was adequate. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area to choose from, I would definitely stay at the Canopy again.

Amazing views from our room. The staff were extra helpful. We loved the cheese rice crackers in the room we bought some more to take back to the states. We will be back Osaka.

Hotel has great location next to train station and many shopping malls around. Hilton by Canopy impressed us - amazing customer service, best breakfast buffet and dining options within hotel and outside, really great room on 24th floor overlooking Osaka.

The location is amazing, from the sky bridges to the station and mall, to the ability to walk to shops, laundry and green space. The room was large, amenities were good including fridge, nespresso and a wonderful walk in shower. Great service from the cleaning team each day. The gym is perfect and well provisioned w weights and cardio. Amazing view. We didn’t try any food here, no need, mall right there with food courts! I loved this hotel and it was so perfect to travel to other areas such as Kyoto and Hiroshima due to the rail links.
