I booked a two bedroom with a hot tub when I got there, they put me in a one bedroom that wasn’t even close to as nice as the one that I booked. When it was brought to their attention, they completely treated me very unprofessionally and said there was nothing they can do even though I paid way more money for the room than the one that was worth that they gave me. Overall was a horrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody.

There is no one at the front desk.
Even at check-in, no staff comes for any support and a small man who looks like a security guard and he does not speaks neither Japanese nor English at all, but he somehow manages to guide to the room.
From the hotel staff,
When the hotel staff told me, "We suddenly have another guest previewing, so let us preview your room," I refused as expected. 、、、、
As you can imagine, I paid to use the hotel, so please don't let someone to preview the room during that period.
Best regards
