Great hotel. Would absolutely stay again. Friendly staff, clean facility, on a quiet street. I booked two rooms, and both are very similar. Spacious, bright and clean. Manager Max was great help. I was also able to book Ha Long Bay trip directly at the hotel, so they were very helpful. Because it's on a smaller street, you will need to wheel your luggage to the hotel, not very far. Finally.... as of Jan 2026, Google Map has not updated the street view for Eli Rina, so you won't see it in street view.

Stafff : very nice and efficient ! Hien stood out for helping amenities and luggages Room : large , clean , contemporary Bathroom: big enough , water pressuse good , its just the design when showering , water splash out everywhere ln the floor , and be careful when step out the bathtube ! It s a little high Hotel does not provide facial tissue Beware that hotel is in an alley so car can t enter but staff took care of luggages ( bring it out to car ) Walkable to places to eat Overall , a very nice stay

The room was spacious! The staff were super helpful and friendly. The staff member even waited with us until the Grab driver came to pick us up from the pick up point which is at other end of the block and helped us with our bags and luggage. Really enjoyed my stay in this room!

This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in very clean and the staff were amazing I hope to stay here again!! The hotel is very up to date.

Only stayed for one night but we were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived. We were given snacks and a drink, check in was quick and easy and we were given a room upgrade to an amazing suite. The hotel and room was stunning and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely recommend.

Excellent location with easy access to many top attractions. For instance, the Temple of Literature is just a few minutes’ walk away. The hotel is set back from the main road, making it very quiet, and it’s also exceptionally clean. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. There are plenty of great local restaurants and cafés nearby. One example is a fantastic pho place just a short walk away, serving high-quality beef pho for only 50,000 VND. Overall, this is definitely one of the best value-for-money options in the city center.

What an amazing find of a hotel. Nestled away in a back alley in Hanoi, this is old school charm with a massive tough of glam. The photos look EXACTLY like the actual property, which is always a good thing! Beautiful foyer, spacious room, friendly staff, solid wi-fi, good water pressure, comfy bed. It was close to perfection and at a price you won't believe. Don't be put off by it not being smack bang in the middle of things - the quiet neighbourhood is a bonus and it's a short walk to plenty of cafes and eateries. Highly recommended.
