Almost ok but they have many restrictions about not allowing food and drinks inside the room. Early check in fee is a bit too much. No wifi in rooms - that's very negative to me!

No internet the whole time we stayed. Then we cannot use our mobile internet as there’s no network at all… seemed like they have blocker as the signal few meters outside of the property was full. We were so bored not able to watch anything. Not even the local channels!
Good thing their sheets and amenities were so clean.

The staff at Bernese Resort was very friendly and promptly attended to our needs. Staff were cleaning all the time , they’ve been there since place started operation.The kitchen staff were so nice , even served us our favorite breakfast on our last day.My only complaint is there’s no place for us to put our bathroom supplies but overall I will recommend the resort.

Service is exceptional, attitude of the staff is great and easy to approach. Cleanliness is very good, housekeeping did a very good job. Our stay was a very comfortable and pleasant one, just like before. Maraming salamat to all the hardworking staff there. We look forward to staying there again.

An amazing vacation with family. Staff were extremely accomodating, kind and very friendly, and I appreciate the hospitality and help rendered throughout our stay. Pool is great, and our dog Carrot definitely loves the aircon and comfortable bed and blankets. We particularly love that the hotel-resort is pet friendly. Thank you all so much for making our holiday a memorable one. We will be back for another vacation for sure.

The staff were very welcoming. The food at the hotel's restaurant was superb! I will definitely go back! We met the owner of the hotel and she was very humble and friendly. Thanks for treating like a family, Bernese!
