This trip is well worth the money. You need to make sure you know the boarding location well; I took the wrong free shuttle, as it departs from the Fisherman's Wharf side. They don't hand out tickets in order of arrival, they give out number tags instead, so arriving a bit late should be fine. The night view is truly amazing, and I also recommend the Parisian Eiffel Tower night viewing. I found myself wondering why I hadn't seen this before leaving Macau; it is money well spent. I got a 10% discount with my membership card, but Klook is affordable too. Have a wonderful trip~~^^

(1) I went to the weekday 6:00 PM session, and there was almost nobody there. The whole experience went by really fast 😂. (2) Before going up the tower, the instructor guides you in putting on your gear and gives you their standard small pouch to hold your personal belongings. (3) If you purchased the additional video and photo package, the instructor will provide a camera for you to hold and record yourself while you slide. (4) A single run down is very quick, and then you just follow the signs to walk back. (5) On the ground floor right past the finish line is a shopping mall.

Convenience of booking with Klook: No need to exchange tickets, you can use the barcode directly. However, the beach cup needs to be redeemed on the 1st floor. The beach cup is nice, and it's quiet and comfortable while waiting for the sunset and night lights, as there aren't many people. Service: Excellent. Experience: Worth a visit. The spa is quite luxurious with a hot tub with jacuzzi that you can use either before or after the treatment. Then, there is a large room where you can sit down and relax after the treatment and drink some tea, watch some TV etc. Very clean and service is very attentive.

Extremely satisfied because it was really clean. Even on a Sunday in July during the summer holiday, it wasn't too crowded. The staff mentioned they have three ball-washing machines, and they wash the balls every night and replace them daily. Around 3 PM that afternoon, they even changed the balls mid-session, which made us feel very safe and comfortable playing.
