Though there was a last minute changes since I’m the only participant in the tour. Instead of group tour, the agency offered a private transportation so I can visit major landmarks in Jakarta which is very helpful. Overall experience is good since the car is comfortable and the driver Syamsul is also responsive and attentive.

Easy to redeem. Staffs are helpful from start to end. We have to leave our stuffs at locker which only have online payment or otherwise they can help to look out too. The view is nice but 6pm we missed the sunset.

entrance was fast & easy with this purchase, booked for 5pm slot and waited a while to catch sunset. buying this timing allowed us to catch day & night views of jakarta!

it was a really interesting view. the people there were patient with us and they took great pictures of us. we went at 11am on a weekday so there were no people. just us. great view!

we had a really great time with our Kawah Puti Tour. Tika, our guide, was very efficient. She speaks really good English and it helps people like us from the Philippines who cannot speak Indonesia native language. She was also very patient with us especially in taking pictures.

The UPfinity at Up Thamrin Nine is a very positive destination in Jakarta. The reflextion of the mirror is amazing. Our time was not flexible, so we visited there once it opens at 2 pm, although we know the best time to go there is around 5-6 pm when you can see the transition of sky color to the beautiful night lights from the city. Even so, we still enjoyed our visit there and took alot of pictures.
