I had a good stay. The location is good, and the room was comfortable and well-maintained. The bathroom was okay I guess, the restaurant was decent. However, the experience at the pizza café was so disappointing. Also the person at the travel desk was also quite rude and unhelpful. But overall the hotel was nice.

We had a wonderful stay with exceptional hospitality and excellent service. A special thanks to Anurag for his outstanding support, prompt responses, and proactive assistance throughout our stay. The entire staff was incredibly quick in addressing every query and stayed on top of every request we made. Their professionalism, friendliness, and dedication made our experience smooth and memorable. Truly appreciate the entire team for going above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. Highly recommended, and we look forward to visiting again! ❤️
