the staff are very accommodating, the location and amenities of the hotel are accessible and very beautiful. the offer delicious food at the buffet

Terrace Hotel on vakiovalintani Kutassa, Balilla.

Great location and overall a pleasant stay. The hotel is in a convenient spot and everything else was great. The bathroom could use a deeper clean, especially under the sink, where there was some mould and buildup. The sink also had a few cracks. Other than that, we had a great stay and enjoyed the hotel.

good! has an enjoyable stay at yello hotel good service and standards

Beautiful hotel and amenities, staff were so lovely and the breakfast was really great. I would come back and recommend for a good stay close to the airport

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We had an incident in the bathroom that needed repairing, the technician came straight away and fixed it. Breakfast could be improved with more variety since it's a 4 star hotel, for example there was only 1 type of jam, and that was just high sugar jelly with no fruit. The swimming pool location on the ground floor next to the breakfast area wasn't ideal, but it was really clean and no one really used it so it was very nice.

I had great stay at Stone Hotel at Legian Bali. Staff was extremely friendly and help to prepare very good breakfast without Egg and also they make special cake and muffins without eggs... Very much enjoyed my stay at hotel.

Receptionist Al was very accommodating and enthusiastic even if I arrived at midnight. Pool was relaxing.
