The afternoon trip to Hoi An for the coconut basket boat ride was absolutely incredible. We were picked up at 3pm and spent the afternoon exploring the coconut forest, learning about the local area and getting to experience the basket boats for ourselves. It was such a fun and memorable experience. Our guide Jin was so lovely! Extremely knowledgeable, kind and welcoming. As a solo traveller, having a guide who makes you feel comfortable and included is so important, and Jin does that so naturally. She made the whole afternoon even more special! I had really wanted to visit the My Son Sanctuary during my stay in Hoi An, but I was worried it might be difficult to manage as a solo traveler—until I found this tour. I believe the drive took about 50 minutes each way. Once at the My Son Sanctuary, there was quite a bit of walking involved. I’m used to physical activity, so it wasn't a problem for me, but those who aren't confident in their stamina might find it tiring. Also, even on the earliest tour, the sun was strong and I was sweating profusely, so I felt I made the right choice by not picking the 8:00am or afternoon slots. As for the ruins themselves—the main event—they were far more mystical and moving than I had imagined! No matter how hot it gets or how much you sweat, they are absolutely worth seeing. Our guide was Lucky; despite his youth, he was incredibly personable, attentive to all ten participants, and provided clear, engaging explanations throughout the tour.

Excellent half day tour at a fantastic price! My tour guide Lee was friendly and funny and had amazing knowledge of My Son (and Hoi An). My Son itself was so interesting; the traditional dance performance was wonderful; the homestyle lunch was delicious; and the boat ride back to Hoi An was relaxing and enjoyable. Driver arrived on time and was a very safe driver. Complementary water was provided. It is VERY hot in Hoi An this time of year (mid July), so be sure to bring hat, sunscreen, etc. Highly recommended tour!

You should book this tour; it was worth the time. The experience was great. You get to meet people from around the world, and our guide, the handsome Michael, was amazing. He explained the meaning behind each statue, the history, and the ancient culture. The tour was well worth the cost, so you should try it.

Mr. Dai is an amazing guide. My husband, our one-year-old daughter, and I took his tour as a family of three. This was our first trip abroad since our daughter was born, and we were so excited. Dai shared many fascinating things during the tour, including entertaining stories, as well as stories about war and history. Thanks to him, it was a deeply enriching tour and we were completely satisfied. Every place he took us to was wonderful, and he took so many family photos for us! Whenever we had free time away from Dai, he gave us very clear and precise instructions on the meeting time and place, so even in the crowded streets of Hoi An, we were able to meet up without any issues. This tour will undoubtedly be an unforgettable, precious memory for our family for the rest of our lives. Thank you!

Vietimme ihanat 4,5 tuntia Quinin kanssa. Hän odotti meitä White Rose -ravintolan ulkopuolella kello 15.00 ja ohjasi meidät menestyksekkäästi 5 tai 6 ruokapaikkaan, joista osa oli pieniä ravintoloita ja osa pieniä katukojuja. Hän esitteli myös syömämme ruoat, vastasi moniin kysymyksiimme ja jakoi paljon tietoa vietnamilaisesta ruokakulttuurista. Palasimme Hoi Anin vanhaankaupunkiin tee- ja kahvilaan noin kello 19.30 syötyämme monia herkullisia annoksia.
