Hans was amazing! He made the tour very interactive and fun. I learnt a lot about the history of Korea. Gyeongju is absolutely beautiful. I kept asking my partner to pinch me so I knew I wasn’t dreaming! Some places were a little rushed but that’s expected when you have such a packed adventurous Itenarary.

Alkuperäinen retkeni peruuntui, koska vaadittua henkilömäärää ei saatu kokoon, mutta sain vaihtoehtoisen retkivaihtoehdon. Enkä kadu, retki oli todella hauska ja kiitos Jacquelle oppaana. Jokaisella pysähdyksellä oli riittävästi aikaa tutustua. Suosittelen todella!! 😊

We covered many attractions (meaning shorter stays at each spot), and I was very happy we could stay until evening to see the night view. The tour guide only confirmed the time via WhatsApp after 9 PM the night before, which initially made me a bit worried.

Today’s guide Sang was incredibly kind, friendly, and very professional. He gave us a detailed and insightful explanation of Gyeongju’s history and development, and guided us through several key attractions. He also recommended some delicious restaurants and beautiful cafés. Gyeongju in April is truly stunning—Sang was charming, the scenery was gorgeous, and it was an absolutely wonderful day.

Matkaoppaamme Leo oli ajoissa ja ammattitaitoinen. Hän antoi lyhyen kuvauksen jokaisesta pysähdyspaikasta/kohteesta ja antoi riittävästi vapaa-aikaa nauttia niistä omatoimisesti. Hän auttoi meitä myös valokuvien ottamisessa ja antoi vinkkejä minne mennä. Gyeongju on kaunis paikka, ehkä jopa kauniimpi keväällä tai syksyllä. Palaamme pian!

The entire tour is highly recommended. Both the Chinese and English tour guides were very professional and enthusiastic. Tour guide Zheng was engaging and happy to share, making the atmosphere completely comfortable. Although the group size was moderate, everyone received care and attention. We had a wonderful day exploring Gyeongju, learning a lot about its history and culture. Many thanks to both hard-working guides.

our tour guide Irene is wonderful. we booked the private tour for our family with 3 generations and 6 people. first, she arrived early to pick us up as planned in a luxury van. it was a comfortable ride to all the destinations. Irene not only guided us to locations but perfectly planned the trip to capture the best views of each location. additionally she also helped us plan our dinner too. given that we are a large group, she provided us with plenty of flexibility during our trip - adding more time to explore areas of interests. It was a hot day so she switched our walking itinerary to driving between locations and bought us ice cold drinks to stay hydrated! she had a lot of knowledge of the sites, including legends and stories of the past. she even explained them in both English and Chinese. super talented, kind and patient. we had a great time thanks to her thoughtfulness.
