Mutianyun muuri ja Linnunpesä-päiväretki bussilla kuljetuksineen

Minulla oli Yang oppaana, ja hän oli loistava. Vaikka nouto hotellilta oli hieman kaoottinen, koska kuljettaja ja minä emme ymmärtäneet toisiamme enkä ollut varma, oliko tämä varmasti oikea noutopaikka, kun tapasin Yangin bussin noutopaikalla, hänen englannin kielensä oli selkeää ja avuliasta. Minulla oli paljon kysymyksiä lounaasta matkaohjelmassa ja siitä, onko köysirata välttämätön jne., joihin hän pystyi vastaamaan. Olen nopea kävelijä, mutta Yang selitti, että köysirata on silti tarpeen aikarajoituksen vuoksi – oli kuuma päivä, joten arvostin sitä suuresti. This is an excellent tour and was very easy to follow. I had the hotel pickup where my tour guide Jessie organised the driver to pick me up straight from my hotel door, even though the Klook app couldn’t locate my hotel. The bus took me straight to the Mutianyu Great Wall where I got to choose which side of the wall to go up. I chose both so I did the East side chair lift straight up as soon as we arrived and then did the toboggan ride back down again. I then walked over to the West side Cable Car which took me up the Great Wall where I hiked to Hut 22 before coming back down. It’s very steep! This all took me about 4 and a half hours to do (10:30-2pm) as a decent hiker and I could have even stayed longer up the wall as the bus doesn’t leave until 3:30pm. Jessie was excellent to communicate with and was very quick to respond on both WhatsApp and WeChat throughout the entire booking. She knows the layout of the Wall and will help you decide which areas to walk to. Definitely recommend!

Se oli kokopäiväretki, jossa vierailimme Kiinan muurilla ja eri paikoissa. Kävimme Kiinan muurin vähemmän ruuhkaisella osalla ja meillä oli ylimääräistä aikaa tutustua. Oppaamme Jessie osasi kommunikoida erittäin hyvin sekä kiinaksi että englanniksi ja auttoi meitä kaikessa tarvittavassa. Hänellä oli myös selkeät ohjeet matkasta ja hän oli asiantunteva vierailemistamme merkittävistä paikoista. Se oli hauska ja informatiivinen matka!

Our tour guide, Jessie Yang, was very friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience, provided clear English explanations, and even asked a subway station officer to assist us with purchasing our tickets. The Mutianyu Great Wall and Summer Palace tour was enjoyable overall. However, hotel pick-up was not provided despite being paid for, and the drop-off at Olympic Subway Station was inconvenient and far from our hotel. A refund of RMB 20 per person was given. Including hotel pick-up and drop-off would greatly improve the tour.

Roberta was a great guide, spoke both english and chinese and gave great detailed explanations, and helped us throughout the day through any problems we had. This great value for what it included. Lunch was great as well although cut your visit time a bit shorter (by 20 mins - 1hr).

Our day at Mutianyu Great Wall with guide Cindy was a highlight of our Beijing trip! She’s super friendly and patient answering all our questions and adjusting the pace so everyone could keep up. She pointed out hidden viewpoints with stunning views and even recommended a delicious local restaurant for lunch. Her passion for the Great Wall was contagious, and her clear English made every explanation engaging. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide!

A few good friends of ours went on a one-day tour to the Mutianyu Great Wall. There was no shopping involved throughout the trip, and our guide was very professional, who told us about the Great Wall's history and travel tips. We had a great time and highly recommend everyone to visit the Mutianyu Great Wall.

A Must-Visit at Mutianyu Great Wall Mutianyu Great Wall exceeded all my expectations! Unlike the crowded sections, it offers a serene yet grand experience with well-preserved watchtowers and lush greenery surrounding the stone steps. The cable car ride up was smooth, giving stunning aerial views of the wall winding like a dragon through mountains. Hiking wasn’t too strenuous, and every stop had unique photo spots—sunlight filtering through trees onto ancient bricks felt magical. The staff was friendly, especially for our tour guide “Roberta” was absolutely fantastic!! she is very friendly, informative, & knowledgeable. The facilities like clean restrooms and souvenir shops were convenient. It’s perfect for both history lovers and nature fans. I left with unforgettable memories; highly recommend it to anyone visiting Beijing!

We had a enjoyable day to Mutianyu Great Well! Our guide Lucy messaged us the day before to inform us of the timing the shuttle bus will be picking us up. The journey was a breeze and it will be a great memory for us and our little one!

I had an amazing experience visiting the Great Wall of China, all thanks to our fantastic tour guide, Susie. The entire tour was so well-organized—from being picked up at my hotel to getting dropped off after an unforgettable day. Honestly, I wouldn’t have been able to manage it all on my own. One of the highlights was getting to climb all the way to Tower 20 and ride the toboggan down—something that’s usually difficult when it’s crowded. Luckily, it wasn’t a holiday, so there were far fewer people, which made the experience even more special. Susie was knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants a hassle-free and memorable visit to the Great Wall!
