Club Med Bintan Resort - All Inclusive -passi

excellent for services offered and accommodating and friendly staffs.. although my partner wasn't that satisfied because we arrived at the location earlier than the supposed to be admittion time. since it's hour first time in bintan and in club med we don't know specifically the travelling time from one place to another. we stayed at the hotel in Tanjung Pinang which is quite far from the resort and the weather is not so good been drizzling all along.. we arrived 2hrs plus earlier if I'm not mistaken and the staff didn't allow us to enter since our pass is A night pass. so they're very strict when it come to admission which is their rules and we need to comply. but would be better if at least they have accommodation for early guests or at least Offer a shelter since the weather is not good and drizzling. we understand the rules but in situation like this they must have been considerate. so the guard call at the reception lobby to confirm our booking the guy from the other line said that if we want to enter early we need to pay 158$SGD for full time pass but it's not acceptable since in two hrs time is already our admission time. and to my surprised the night pass price which I book earlier is almost equivalent to full-day pass when I come to check on klook again.. which is very sad to realised after. I didn't know that the passes prices are changing time to time maybe. If I only knew I shouldn't have booked earlier but book at the day itself for full day pass at almost the same price. but after all. club med is one of a kind. it offers a lot of activities for kids and adults. I loved the buffet and the unlimited drinks 🍷🍺😅..

i feel it is value for money, it feels like I’m on a cruise. free flow of drinks, and a lot of food available. the buffet lunch is the highlight. even though it’s a buffet, but the plating and quality are great. It is also great to be able to have golf, archery lessons, free access sports…etc. the service is also great. cons is that we will not be able to enjoy those that require booking the day before, such as yoga. some other challenges for day pass user are: you will need to bring various clothes and foot wear, and will also be sweaty towards the end of day (i don’t know if there r any locker or shower facilities). that said, i still feel it is a good “day trip” for those who want to venture out and not stay in hotel for the whole trip.

Had so much fun here! would definitely recommend for families or friend groups who either want a super chill day out with drinks to those who are feeling super active. Classes and activities are always happening so good for those who are looking for an active wellness getaways, and there's a never a bar too far away wherever you are. Only suggestion is to check the timetable to know when classes you're keen for are happening ahead of booking as classes change day to day.

很好 孩子们玩的很开心，在国内买不到这样的不含酒店通票。就是没有儿童托管服务，然后很多项目都有时间点限制。高尔夫球的那个G.O态度不好

Amazing. Best part of my trip was a day visit to Bintan Clubmed. The staff was amazing, so kind, welcoming and in a good mood. The hotel itself is a bit older, but the beach and surrounding areas are gorgeous, so it more than makes up for it. And the views!🥰 Highly recommend! Transport is not included in the price, but a shuttle can be arranged at Clubmed for 220.000 IDR for a return trip.

We only got a Day Pass at Club Med, but the experience far exceeded our expectations. At this price point, we were amazed by the level of service and the variety of activities included. The staff were professional, welcoming, and truly made us feel like valued guests. We were especially impressed by the trained coaches who guided us through archery, wall climbing, stand-up paddleboarding, flying trapeze, and more, all with great care and enthusiasm. The free towel service and drinks were a thoughtful touch that added to the comfort. Even as day visitors, we enjoyed a full resort experience. Highly recommended!

The food is average and you do get an unlimited supply. The drinks were also limited to a certain menu which is understandable. We went during monsoon season so we could not kayak nor snorkel sadly. If you do come bring an extra set of sports attire to be able to participate in fitness activities
