He took us to all the famous places around Bintan and made sure we had a great experience. we had a great day trip 8 hours with Tommy. visited the 500 Lohan temple, another Buddhist temple, lunch at an atv park, Blue Lake and sand dunes. change of plans due to road closures so also did the mangrove tour. Tommy was very accommodating. would recommend.

We definitely had one of the best tour experiences with Made! 💯 He was very professional and polite, yet still warm, friendly, and engaging throughout the entire trip. You can genuinely feel his passion and dedication. He constantly made sure we were safe, comfortable, having fun, and truly enjoying the experience. He’s extremely knowledgeable and eager to learn new things, which I genuinely admire. Plus, his English is great, making communication so easy! I honestly have so many good things to say about him and our trip. A big shout-out as well to the admin team who assisted us eventhough we booked last minute (late at night!), they still provided clear details and smooth coordination from start to finish. easy booking and communication . the day before the trip and on the actual day the company sent us a WhatsApp . we were assigned with Aziz . a nice and polite driver. he came on time to pick us. we gave him a list of places we wanted to go and he helped us route the trip. what wow us was he navigate the places without GPS . in addition, we would like to praise him for his prompt assistance due to some hiccups during the trip. he brought us to the nearest clinic and hospital and helped us with translation and registeration. thank you for your help really appreciate it.

투어 시작 24시간 전에 왓츠앱으로 연락이 와서 제가 원하는 투어 말해줬더니 그대로 해줬어요! 에릭 기사로 배치해줬는데, 처음부터 끝까지 친절하게 해줘서 행복한 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다. 차 이동 중에 이것저것 빈탄에 대해 설명해주고, 블루레이크에서도 같이 직접 다니면서 설명해줘서 좋았습니다! 투어는 바탐에서 빈탄으로 페리타고 당일투어했어요! 오전 9시부터 3시까지 1)블루레이크, 2) mangrove, 3) coffee 투어 & lunch, 4) safari 진행했습니다. 에릭한테 감사의 의미로 팁 드리고 싶었는데 돌아오는 길에 정신없이 자다가 급하게 내리느라 못드려서 아쉽습니다..🥲이렇게 좋은 서비스 다들 꼭 이용하세요!!

Driver was like a friend. Friendly and speak decent english. Booked an 8 hrs package and didn't have enough time to visit sleeping Buddha as we spend alot of time at the blue lagoon sand dune and ATV. The travelling of 1 pace to another attraction can various from 40 min to 1 hr+. Personally I find rental package is better as we don't have to rush and it's cheaper compared to tour group( no rushing and waiting for others )

My family was able to enjoy our last day in Bintan with Mr.Syaiful. The next day after booking with Klook, he contacted me via Whatsapp, arrived earlier than the scheduled appointment time, and were waiting for us. When I realized that Lohan 500 Temple was closed on Monday, he took us to ViHARA AVALOKiTESVARA GRAHA as an alternative and took many family photos for our family. In addition, when I ask him to take us to Grotto Saint Maria and near beach, he honored my request even though the distance was quite far from other area. Finally, when we arrived at Blue Lake & Desert, he followed us around and took many pictures. As we had trouble paying the entrance fee and activity fee of eagle because we did not have Indonesian rupiah, Mr.Syaiful paid first in Indonesian rupiah and then he received the equivalent of Singapore dollars. He was fluent in English, so there was no difficulty in communication, and he actively pursued customer satisfaction. I wish him all the best in his future endeavors.

這個評論，是我在民丹島訂第二天包車服務，和第一天用車司機相同Arban接我(已在第一天確認是他，所以沒有再收到車公司what’s app確認)。今日用車4小時，打算入市區丹戎檳榔逛逛，及參觀500羅漢寺廟等⋯⋯可惜早上開始一直下着傾盆大雨，所有室外的景點都被我取消了，只能在市區找間商場逛逛，不過那個商場其實只有一間超市能看，基本上，商場內的舖都是吉舖被丟空了。大約逗留30分鐘，就叫Arban 接我回酒店🤣，順路帶我買土產千層蛋糕。總括今日行程為遊車河😌 整潔度：乾淨～坐得舒服～車內很闊落～冷氣充足 服務：健談～會提議行程如何參觀最順路～不會馬虎浪費時間

This was a good way to get around the island. At the start of the trip, the driver asked for our itinerary and provided suggestions on the route to ensure that we were able to maximise our time there, as well as helped check the opening / closing hours of the tourist sights. The flexibility of having a private car charter also meant that we were able to stop by certain spots that were not in our initial itinerary. Highly recommended for a fuss free day trip!
