I had a fantastic experience at the spa in Murray Hotel! The receptionist, Maricel, was incredibly nice and arranged everything for me promptly, even just a day before my visit. Both massage therapists, Debby and Elsa, were professional and made my day truly enjoyable. Highly recommend this spa for a relaxing getaway!

hospitable staff welcomed us at the reception. not many people at the pool so we could enjoy some quiet moments to relax. though it’s a bit weird to wear the bathrobe to take the public lift and get from Wellness Centre to the pool area. We got regharged after the massage session, and wrapped up with tea and snacks overall enjoyable experience.

It was a wonderful experience, the massage therapist were very professional, it was really relaxing. the tea set was delicious, got some locally processed chocolate to take home with as well. overall it was really great! will definitely come back!

The private sauna and massage session were wonderful, but I was slightly disappointed with the service, which I expected to be better from Murray. We were informed that we needed to vacate our room by 5:00 PM as another couple was scheduled for a massage. To accommodate this, we arranged for our masseuse to start at 3:00 PM, allowing us to finish by 4:30 PM and have 30 minutes to freshen up. However, the masseuse arrived around 3:10 PM, after we had to leave the room to remind them, and the session ended at approximately 4:40 PM. We rushed to wash up, and just before 5:00 PM, a staff member knocked on our door to check if we were ready, as the next couple had already arrived. While we were prepared to leave, the hurried experience was unpleasant. The cake, protein ball, and tea provided afterward were a nice touch and helped lift our spirits. Despite this minor inconvenience, the rest of the day felt refreshing, though that rushed moment left me slightly upset.

The pool was marvellous and I enjoyed the privacy of swimming alone, I also liked the cool pool with nice decor. The heat inside the steam room was just right and followed with a massage that is exactly coherent to the questionnaire undertaken. I gave full marks to the therapist, enjoyed the massage totally and felt very relaxed. Then, I was offered a cup of hot tea and a chocolate, and I could only recommend this experience to anyone who would like a top grade massage.

It's such a treat! From the initial inquiry and book where the staff was very patient in explaining how the package works, having my reservation details ready, to the arrival where the team was welcoming and well prepared for the spa and massage treatment. The private spa facility (steam/sauna) is a deciding factor to select The Murray vs some other hotels, meanwhile the massage is relaxing and exceptional. Very firm and hitting all the spots!
