Erittäin hyvä kokemus alkoi heidän ammattitaitoisesta, kohteliaasta ja yksityiskohtiin paneutuvasta henkilökunnastaan. Heillä oli perusteellinen seuranta ja saumaton järjestely. Lisäksi kylpylähuoneen tunnelma, tuoksu, musiikki, valaistus ja jopa lämpötila ovat täydellisiä rentoutumiseen. The Drawing Roomin ruoan laatu on tasokasta. Uima-allas on hieman pieni, mutta se riittää hyvin uimisesta nauttimiseen. Kaiken kaikkiaan heidän palvelunsa on erittäin vaikuttavaa.

The pool is nice, the spa only has steam room but it’s fine. The massage is great . The lunch set is of great value

環境優雅，各方面的服務皆無可挑剔。 惟獨是食物質素一般，甚至可以用差形容。五星酒店食物碟居然有污漬，牙籤是破爛的，泡沫咖啡送到枱上已塌下，最後甜品甚至有酸味，明顯是變壞了。要不是餐廳經理態度良好，我真的很想投訴。按水療方便設施不俗，可惜沒有桑拿只有濕蒸； 慶幸泳池的水溫剛好，按摩師手勢一流，很舒服。

The therapist’s skilled use of warm bamboo sticks melted away tension, leaving me deeply rejuvenated. The serene ambiance and perfect pressure made it a truly luxurious experience. Highly recommend for anyone seeking ultimate relaxtion.

My husnand and I celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary with an excellent experience at the Regis. From welcome tea at reception, steam room, massage, set lunch through to departure. The service was impeccable.. The massage itself was most relaxing and rather than follow a predictable routine I was impressed that the therapist, Angel, knew exactly which areas needed attention and tailored the massage according, each stroke felt conplete and not rushed. Afterwards, the set lunch was both tasty and beautifully put together. We chose the egg with seafood foam, Caesar salad with prawns, festive turkey with pistachio and foie gras, beef short ribs, followed by a dessert and a cup of tea. My husband also enjoys a good beef tartare so we decided to order it (in addition to the set lunch) and loved it. Overall, a fabulous experience and well worth it for a treat or special occasion.
