해외여행에서 쿠킹클래스에 참여해보는게 로망이였는데 드디어 실현했습니다. 오늘 예약자가 저 혼자인데도 취소하지 않고 진행해 주셔서 너무 감사했습니다.선생님께서 매우 친절하시고 재미있게 진행해주셨어요. 제가 영어가 서툰데도 쉽게 일려주셨어요. 시장 및 주변 투어와 역사 이야기도 정말 흥미로웠습니다. 제가 고깃국을 안좋아한다고 했더니 즉석에서 레시피를 수정해주셨어요. 여러명이 참여해도 이런경우엔 대처해주신데요.저처럼 편식하시는 분들도 도전해보세요. 그리고 평소엔 무청을 버리지만 제가 한국에선 먹는다고하니 즉석에서 레시피 만들어서 피클반찬이 됐습니다. 한국인이 예약해서 평소엔 없지만 오늘은 얼음을 준비하셨데요. 제가 아이스아메리카노 요청할까봐. 센스대박이죠. 한국여행객들도 꼭 도전해보세요 ㅎㅎ 사진과 영상도 틈틈히 열심히 찍어주신답니다. 공간도 너무 예쁩니다.

알렉스가 마을을 돌며 들려준 옛날 마을 이야기들과 터이완 옛이야기들, 시장투어를 하면서 사준 키친롤, 두부조림(?)도 맛났습니다. 아주 쉽게 잘 설명해주시네요. 요리도 재미나게 했습니다. 주방도 시원하고 아주 깨끗합니다. 중간중간 차 또는 커피도 주시고, 요리가 끝난 후 시식때에는 콜라, 맥주도 제공해주셨습니다. 대만 여행중에 뭔가 특별한 경험을 원하시는 분들께 적극 추천합니다.

today, I cooked rice noodles and squid soup. Alex, our expert chef and tour guide was the best…He is very approachable and answers all my questions about all things Taiwan, it’s culture, and food history. I went to a traditional market where I got to learn about the different vegetables, meat, and spices used for Taiwan’s local dishes. The cooking space was very clean and inviting with all the equipment and supplies you need.Alex was a very great instructor and had all the patience to make sure I made my best dishes…I highly recommend everyone come here immediately!

Alex was super friendly! It was just me and my husband for the class. He brought us around Di Hua street, Taipei bridge and explained the history behind the area. We went to the wet market and even tried some snacks, he was friends with all the shop owners (whose been there for generations). Wont be ingredient sourcing at the wet markets since it’s all prepped in advance but more to understand local food and culture. But Alex was patient and understanding, defo knows the area well. Kitchen space was cosy and welcoming, clean and well organised. He used to be a service instructor in the aviation industry and pivoted during the pandemic. 10/10 would come back again to learn other dishes from him and support small local businesses! He also helped us take so many photos and videos :)

it was really a fun learning experience cooking taiwanese food. even thought it was really raining hard that day we still enjoyed going around the neighborhood and the market.

This was more than just 'a step by step guide' on how to make noodles, but an experience to have. From walking the streets of Dadaocheng to the cooking table filled with ingredients, Alex was a good knowledgeable host whom we'd recommend anytime! good experience overall.

牛肉麺のレッスンに参加しました。英語は苦手ですが、アレックスがとても親切に分かりやすく教えてくれます。街の歴史 、市場の散策、とても楽しかった!!!アレックスが写真をたくさん撮影してくれるので、料理作りに集中できます。

Alex老師很用心講解大稻埕歷史，上課也很認真教學，帶你先去附近的菜市場買菜、從安全拿刀的方式和切菜的方式都很耐心教學，沒有基礎也很安心，也很適合對台灣美食有興趣的台灣人和外國遊客參加～～

很有趣的体验，不管是独自旅游或者和朋友情侣都很适合的活动！又可以观光又能了解当地文化，还学做了牛肉面，亲手做的午餐吃的也很香呦，新手也可以成功，老师很细心～

台北の迪化街で料理教室はとても貴重で楽しい体験でした！アレックスの迪化街散策&ガイドもすごく学びになります。料理は苦手な人でもペースを合わせてくれるので安心できます。また食べきれない分は持ち帰り用の容器もくれます！サービス精神旺盛なイベントはまた機会があれば参加したいです！ありがとうございました！
