Our family had a wonderful Sunday lunch at Taal Vista Hotel. The ambiance is truly exceptional—elegant, peaceful, and with breathtaking views of Taal Volcano that make the entire dining experience even more special. The hotel is well-maintained, and the gardens are beautifully landscaped, making it a great place to relax and take photos after your meal. The food was delicious and well-prepared. While the buffet had a somewhat limited selection compared to larger hotel buffets, every dish we tried was flavorful and of high quality. The desserts were especially enjoyable, and the staff kept everything fresh and well-stocked. One of the highlights of our visit was the live Filipino cultural performance. The music and traditional dances created a lively atmosphere and showcased the richness of Filipino culture, making our lunch both entertaining and memorable. The staff was courteous, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, this is an excellent experience for the Family.

price: the price is average, food is mostly halal. restaurant ambiance:the place is well maintained. a bit congested for a hotel buffet set up. experience:we enjoy the healthy food and the cultural show are more appreciated by foreigners taste:food selection are quite on a healthy options. pork adobo is the only non halal. meat selections are more on beef and chicken. they serve seafood last ( and are frozen not the fresh one) so it was not as good in the pallete. service: the congestion and few servers makes the water refill a but difficult. it also does not provide a good view of the cultural show. many guest are even standing which makes it more unpleasant for those like us seated in the back. the ac is not that cold. which we experience in other hotel. so you won’t enjoy much of the environment.

Thank you so much, Veranda Taal Vista, for being so attentive in response to my email about my husband and me celebrating my birthday and our wedding anniversary. They surprised us with two complimentary small cakes while live music played—one song for my birthday and another romantic song. The food, ambiance, and staff were all excellent, and the view of Taal Lake was the best I’ve experienced so far. The cultural shows during our meal were amazing as well! I will definitely recommend the Veranda Taal Vista lunch buffet to my family and friends. Thank you!

The best buffet I’ve ever had in Tagaytay City! 😋 Booking through Klook was a breeze, and their customer service via email was very helpful and responsive. They informed us in advance that the buffet would not be available on a specific day, so we easily rebooked our reservation. The lunch spread was incredible, offering a wide variety of delicious options – rice, Filipino dishes, pasta, pizza, bread, salads, drinks, and desserts. What made the experience extra special was the relaxing ambiance and, of course, the beautiful view that made dining even more enjoyable. The staff were accommodating and attentive, making sure guests were well taken care of throughout the meal. Great food choices, ambiance and price! The cultural show and the singers made dining experience unique and happier. For the staffs, they are so nice and they assisted us smoothly.

The buffet selection was impressive—there was a good mix of Filipino favorites and international dishes, plus a wide variety of desserts. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared, and there were plenty of options for both adults and kids.

The food is good and delicious. There are not too many options, but everything available is tasty. The sushi station was not refilled right away, so I did not get to have as much as I wanted. The lechon baka that day was bland, and the liver sauce had little flavor, mostly just sweet and peppery without any real liver taste or the usual Mang Tomas profile. On the positive side, I liked the beef caldereta, and the salad station had plenty of choices. The buttered baby potatoes were very good. The dessert bar was also great, and I loved the mousse and the cheesecakes. Will I go back? Maybe. I like the place. It is serene and quiet, and someone even serenaded us, which was a wonderful touch. It is a place where you can enjoy your meal in peace and relax at the same time.
