Bought a package included 90minutes body massage with afternoon tea set at HKD1155. I phoned the Spa to book time slot and get confirmation. Arrived at the hotel lobby, you need to inform the front desk or Concerige to use a key card to take the lift first to 15/F, then goto another lift to l the Spa located at 17/F. At the Spa reception, validate the package and you will be given a locker key and the staff will show your way to changing room. After change, the staff brought me to a tea room served me a cup of ginger tea. At the same time let me pick on the different aroma of massage oil. She then mixed the oil and finally let me have the last check. I was given one bottle of massage oil after the treatment. The masseur lead me to the single massage room with one bed. The masseur is skillful and asked if any part of the body need to be put focus on and if the strength is appropriate. I enjoyed 90minutes massage and back to the changing room. Spend 15 minute on Sauna and 15 minutes on steam bath then I took shower and get changed. I then being guided back to the tea room and served a pot of tea and the two pieces of famous butterfly pastry. Finished tea, I was then bring the Club lounge at 12/F to enjoy my Afternoon tea set which is came the package. The afternoon set included a drink and 8 pieces of pastries, tart, finger sandwiches which the taste is ok. This experience is nice and I will visit again.

早上10點去到，先去健身室，之後會帶你去飲杯薑茶，11:30開始做massage，做完食蝴蝶酥同飲茶，之後再帶你落去12樓食lunch（食完小食即刻去食飯??? 😰），食完之後再上返去焗桑拿。 按摩師手勢OK，同出邊一般嘅按摩有少少唔一樣，佢係Focus啲筋骨位，按90分鐘最後15分鐘feel到按摩師開始冇乜力。 午餐選擇只有三樣，去之前一日要求你先Pre order，而且質素非常一般，感覺同茶餐廳差唔多。 由電話預約至到離開，每個職員服務質素都非常高， helpful而且有禮貌。

Exceptional experience. We paid for an extra 30 min massage to make a total of 1.5 hr. My friend's therapist was Nicole, my friend said she did a great job to release the tension on her shoulder and neck. My therapist was Paula, she was super too. The massage was followed by a relaxing tea and Royal Garden signature butterfly cookies served in a resting room. After that, the staff guided us to another floor for the 3 tier afternoon tea set. We had a great day.

The massage was followed by a relaxing tea and Royal Garden signature butterfly cookies in a resting room. After that, the staff guided us to another floor for the 3 tier afternoon tea set. 按摩師：有禮、說明清晰、手法好、做無幾耐我瞓著咗、細心 （Paula thx so much) 服務：好、完全唔hard sell 氛圍：facial 室環境好，獨立房、facial床好舒服、有暖氈 設施：不錯、但如果多人會嘈（因為多遊客、一個大人拖住幾個小朋友、有時都好嘈）

Package was well worth the price with massage, gym, snacks, and lunch all included. Massage technics of the therapist was better than expected. Will definitely go again!

非常好的體驗，當天中午先到行政樓層享用午餐，午餐後做60分鐘Facial及30分鐘背部按摩。美容師Paula很專業，Facial及按摩也很到位。完成療程後還有帝苑好吃的原味蝴蝶酥+養生茶。成個體驗也很Relax。

午餐不錯，餐廳服務也很好。按摩師很貼心，會因應身體狀況再按邊d部位。按完仲有茶點享用，因為生日，事先安排，有小蛋糕送，蝴蝶酥一定好食，估唔到個蛋糕都好好食呀。不錯既體驗呀

服務員很有禮貌，亦都好細心， 按摩師手勢很好。按摩過程會時常問力度適中與否， 環境亦很乾淨。 按摩完所享受嘅蝴蝶酥和花茶，非常美味 。唯一覺得可以改善嘅地方 就係件浴袍比較大，如果碼數有大細之分，就簡直完美。
