Visit to Pompeii is too short, the tour should skip the visit to Lemon grocery shop and save the time for longer stay in Pompeii.

早上也遇到交通尖峰，因此導遊有些微遲到（約10分鐘），外加集合地點有點模糊，一度擔心是跑錯地方😂不過線上客服人員的聯絡非常有效率👍很快便幫我們詢問，而導遊這時候也出現🙂 進入龐貝城則換另一名導遊解說，使用義大利文解說完會再使用英文說明，講的非常仔細，只是自己欣賞的時間偏少，有些可惜。當天天氣後來變得不是很好，以至於維蘇威火山被取消，但導遊也替我們安排到另一個小鎮蘇蓮多觀光，覺得整趟行程很值得

早上因塞車司機遲到但很有禮貌的道歉也迅速解決， 過程中的導遊與解說員也都很詳盡的解說古城與火山的歷史，很棒！

Fantastic day tour. Mount Vesuvius had been a bucket list item for a long time and it didn't disappoint. We had poor weather on the day but it did not impact our enjoyment of the tour and despite having no visibility at the top of the crater it was still a wonderful achievement to climb. Lunch was delicious

帶隊跟導遊都很親切，行程豐富又便利，午餐的pizza很大一個，值回票價的旅程

버스기사님이 매우 유쾌하시고 친절함. 폼페이 유적 가이드님도 유쾌하시고 물어본것도 친절하게 답해주심. 점심은 유적지 앞에 레스토랑에서 피자를 사주시는데 맛있었음. 베수비오 산은 입구앞까지 태워다 주시고 우리끼리 올라갔는데 같이 간 칠레사람 2분 중 한분이 지질학자여서 여러 설명을 들을 수 있었음 ㅎㅎ 날씨가 도와줬고 같이 투어 한 2분도 좋은 분들이어서 매우 만족했음

Although Rosa, our guide, was very knowledgeable and patient with the group, the actual tour was conducted in both Spanish and English which was a bit of a shame because it made us feel a bit left out at times. We felt we weren’t getting as much attention as part of the English speaking group unfortunately, and they were even some sections where she completely skipped over explaining in English because she forgot about us. Otherwise it was still a very informative and interesting tour - just wished we had a more dedicated guide 😅 To add on, also want to give a shout-out to Massimo, our driver, for being fantastic and going out of his way to explain some of Naples history and culture during the drive! We really enjoyed this tour because we had an amazing group as well!
